1st Course

Traditional Antipasto

Paired with Acinum Prosecco

Extra Dry DOP, Veneto

Fruity bouquet with aromas of green apple and pink grapefruit. A smooth, crisp, extremely elegant palate with a long crisp, fresh, and fruity, and tasty finish.

2nd Course

Creamy Seafood Risotto

Paired with Terradora di Paolo,

Irpinia Falanghina DOC, Campania.

Rich and intense aroma of fruit with hints of apple, pineapple, quince and pear. Fresh and clean with floral finish.

3rd Course

Figs with Bleu Cheese and Prosciutto

Paired with Gaierhof, Pinot Grigio,Trentino DOC.

The bouquet is scent of Williams Pear. Dry, harmonious with a lingering fruity finish.

4th Course

Traditional Old Country Bolognese

Over Pappardelle Paired with

Statti, Gaglioppo,IGT, Calabria.

Brillant ruby-red with violet nuances, notes of cherry and red-berried fruitsand well-balanced. Quaffable.

5th Course

Braised Short Ribs and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Paired with

Cantele, Primitivo, IGP, Puglia

Red ruby color with delicate garnet undertones. The minerality of the nose created a delicate combination of Morello and sour cherry. Floral and spicy notes and gentle tannins.
